Premier League: Facebank (facial recognition), sleeve sponsor of Crystal Palace for 2021-22

Facebank, a London-based startup specialising in facial recognition technologies, has become a partner and sleeve sponsor of Crystal Palace FC (Premier League) for the 2021-22 season, announced the club on 14/08/2021.

"The Facebank logo will appear on the sleeves of the club’s playing shirts and its branding will be displayed prominently in the Arthur Wait and Holmesdale stands at Selhurst Park (London, ENG), on pitch-surrounding LED boards, and on the club’s new website and app," said Crystal Palace.

"Supporters will be able to try out some of Facebank's technology by placing Palace-themed digital face paint on themselves and their friends, using Facebank’s soon to be released 'Fan of The Match' app, before sharing with friends or on social media platforms", added the English club.

Facebank succeeds social media platform Iqoniq, which was the sleeve sponsor of Crystal Palace in 2020-21.
