Premier League: Corpay (payment solutions) extends as official partner of Watford FC for 2021-22

AFEX, a British company recently acquired by the American group Fleetcor Technologies and currently transitioning to the brand Corpay, specialising in payment solutions, has extended as an official partner of Watford FC (Premier League) for the 2021-22 season, announced the club on 18/08/2021.

AFEX has been a partner of the English club since 2019-20, and became its back shirt sponsor for the 2020-21 season, which saw the club come in first place of the Sky Bet Championship and thus be promoted to Premier League for 2021-22. "We are delighted that AFEX will continue their partnership with the club, under the new brand Corpay," said Scott Duxbury, chairman and CEO of Watford FC.

"The club’s relationship with AFEX over the previous 24 months has been incredible, especially during the club’s Covid-19 response where AFEX sponsored the lunchtime feeding of the Watford General staff," said Paul O’Brien, commercial director of Watford FC.
