2021-22 Champions League: results of the draw for the group stage of the competition

Chelsea FC (Premier League, ENG), the 2020-21 Champions League winners, from Pot 1, will play in Group H of the 2021-22 Champions League group stage alongside Juventus FC (Serie A TIM, ITA), FC Zenit Saint Petersburg (Tinkoff Russian Premier Liga, RUS) and Malmö FF (Allsvenskan, SWE), as decided by the UEFA draw in Istanbul (TUR) on Thursday 26/08/2021.

Villarreal CF (LaLiga Santander), 2020-21 Europa League champions, also from Pot 1, will face Manchester United FC (Premier League, ENG), Atalanta BC (Serie A TIM, ITA) and BSC Young Boys (Credit Suisse Super League, SUI) in Group F.

Matchday 1 of the group stage is scheduled for Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15/09/2021. The final will take place at the Krestovsky Stadium in Saint Petersburg (RUS) on Saturday 28/05/2022.
