adidas: a joint 2021-22 shirt for Olympique Lyonnais' and LDLC ASVEL's men's and women's teams

adidas France, a subsidiary of the German equipment manufacturer, has unveiled a joint shirt for the men's and women's teams of Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats, D1 Arkema) and LDLC ASVEL (Betclic Élite, LFB), for the 2021-22 season, announced the French club on 29/08/2021.

"The third shirt for the OL men's and women's teams, an away kit for LDLC ASVEL Féminin and LDLC ASVEL, is inspired by the codes of streetwear and American basketball. It will be worn for the first time by the OL players during a forthcoming Europa League match (versus Rangers FC, cinch Premiership, on 16/09/2021) and by those of LDLC ASVEL at the beginning of October 2021," said the Lyon-based club.

"This joint shirt reflects the desire of the four OL teams and LDLC ASVEL to join forces to promote the colours of the Lyon metropolitan area in French and international sport. This project embodies above all a message of unity and pride and brings together the communities of fans and historical supporters of the clubs.
