ExclusiveEuropean Top 5: 279 different sponsors feature on the kits of the 98 clubs in 2021-22

305 sponsorship spaces are occupied on the kits of the 98 clubs that compose the European Top 5 (20 in the Premier League, Ligue 1 Uber Eats, Serie A TIM and LaLiga Santander, 18 in the Bundesliga) for the 2021-22 season, as of 02/09/2021. In total, 279 different brands are represented.

Ligue 1 Uber Eats (20 clubs) is the league that offers the most sponsorship space to brands: more than ten partners can be displayed on the kit of a single club in the French championship, while just two are permitted in the Bundesliga and Premier League. As a result, 136 sponsorship spaces are occupied in Ligue 1, compared with 36 in the Bundesliga (18 clubs).

With five clubs under contract, the betting operator Winamax is the most prominent sponsor on the kits of clubs in the European Top 5. The bookmaker is a partner of five Ligue 1 clubs.
