AS Roma: Uber Eats (meal delivery app) enters its first partnership in the Serie A TIM

Uber Eats, a meal delivery application and subsidiary of the Uber taxi application, has become an official partner of AS Roma (Serie A TIM) from the 2021-22 season, announced the club on 09/09/2021. 

This is Uber Eats' first football sponsorship deal in Italy. The application, also a title sponsor of Ligue 1 (2020-2022, €15m/season paid to the LFP), has the status of "official food delivery partner," the third level in the Italian club's sponsorship hierarchy.

"As part of the partnership, the two companies aim to unite sport, technology and food in a manner that offers all Roma supporters an invaluable service. A number of special initiatives are planned - not just for users of the Uber Eats app, but also for fans and any restaurant partners who want to join forces with AS Roma. The Uber Eats brand will also see a strong presence at the Stadio Olimpico (Roma,  ITA) throughout all of the Giallorossi's home games," said the club, which had previously partnered with Uber for the 2017-18 season.
