Websites of Paris SG and AS Monaco get Harris Interactive seal of excellence

The websites of Paris Saint-Germain and AS Monaco (both in Ligue 1) were awarded Harris Interactive's seal of excellence ("label d'excellence") for their users' satisfaction with and engagement on their sites, Harris Interactive France, a marketing and polling outfit, announced on 16/07/2014.

www.asmonacofc.mc and psg.fr were the only two sports clubs whose websites received the seal; there were 13 French websites in total to get the honour. The selection was made after a NetObserver survey of 40,000 internet users in France concerning 51 websites, from 17/03 to 08/06/2014.

The websites were judged on the overall satisfaction of their users and on these users' intentions to revisit the sites and recommend them to others.

• The study conducted by NetObserver recognises websites twice per year: in the spring (the last season was from 17/03 to 08/06/2014) and in the autumn (the last season was from 23/09 to 15/12/2013)
• The official website of RC Lens received the Harris Interactive seal for the 2013 autumn season on 14/02/2014.
