The Irish public TV group RTÉ and the United Rugby Championship (URC) have joined forces to launch URC TV, the competition's OTT platform, according to the competition's organisers on 16/09/2021.

The platform, available outside South Africa and the UK (see list of broadcasters below), is being launched ahead of the start of the new championship, which replaces the Guinness Pro 14 (see below), on 24/09/2021.

"URC TV will offer a range of subscription packages including a Season Pass (all games in 2021-22 for €119.99), Ireland Pass (all games featuring Irish Clubs), Weekend Passes (all games within a round, €19.99) and individual games passes (€9.99/match)," explained the organisers.

"A free service showing a range of highlights, archive matches and snackable videos, will be available in all countries including the UK and South Africa," added the United Rugby Championship.
