NBA: Crypto.com (cryptocurrency), jersey sponsor of the Philadelphia 76ers from the 2021-22 season

Crypto.com, a Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency and NFT platform with 10 million active accounts, has become the jersey sponsor of the Philadelphia 76ers (NBA) from the 2021-22 season, announced the Pennsylvania (USA) franchise on 22/09/2021.

To inaugurate the partnership, the 76ers will launch their first-ever non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The crypto-asset provider succeeds StubHub (ticketing platform), the Sixers' jersey sponsor over the 2017-2021 period ($6m/season). Crypto.com is also in partnership with numerous sports organisations (Paris Saint-Germain, Formula One Group, Fnatic, Montreal Canadiens, etc.).

"As part of the jersey patch partnership, the 76ers will be unveiling their new City Edition uniform in November that commemorates an iconic time in 76ers history. This launch will also inspire another series of unique NFTs that will be available for 76ers fans to purchase throughout the year," said the Philadelphia-based franchise.
