Super League project: proceedings against Barça, Juventus and Real "declared null and void"

The proceedings against FC Barcelona, Juventus FC and Real Madrid CF "have been declared null and void, without any prejudice, as if the proceedings had never been opened", by UEFA's independent appeal body, following the suspension of "the disciplinary proceedings that had been opened for a potential violation of UEFA's legal framework in connection with the so-called 'Super League' project," announced the European Confederation on 27/09/2021.

"UEFA notes that the declaration made by the UEFA appeals body follows the formal notification made to UEFA of a court order granting UEFA a few days to clarify its compliance with decisions of the Madrid Commercial Court No. 17," explained UEFA.

Barça, Juve and Real had presented, along with nine other English, Italian and Spanish clubs (list below), a European Super League project on 18/04/2021.
