LFP: Ligue 1 Uber Eats (programmes + eLigue 1) back on Twitch for the 2021-22 season

"After a successful first season, the Ligue 1 Uber Eats is back on Twitch (a streaming platform originally dedicated to gaming) from this Saturday 02/10/2021 for a second season. On the menu: the return of 'Ligue 1 Legends' and 'Passe D', the arrival of a new interactive programme and the live broadcast of the entire eLigue 1," announced the Ligue de Football Professionnel on 01/10/2021.

The LFP launched its own channel on Twitch, a subsidiary of the American e-commerce group Amazon (holder of the exclusive broadcasting rights to 80% of Ligue 1 Uber Eats and Ligue 2 BKT matches, over the 2021-2024 cycle), on 07/04/2021.

"Thanks to its sports and esports content, the Ligue 1 Uber Eats channel has been a great success with the Twitch community since its first season. Launched in April 2021, its programmes have generated more than 2.6 million views in just two months and gathered up to 170,000 viewers on a single show," said the French League, which hadn't published any videos on the platform since the end of the 2020-21 season.
