Covid-19/Nations League: UEFA announces special rules for the finals (06-10/10/2021)

"The UEFA executive committee decided last week (22/09/2021) to extend the specific Covid-19 rules, as has already been established and applied for other UEFA national team competitions. After submission of the list of 23 players, article 43.04 of the competition regulations allows unlimited replacements in case of serious injury or illness before the first match, provided that the replacements are medically certified. The match will go ahead as scheduled as long as the team has at least 13 players available (including at least one goalkeeper)," said UEFA on 01/10/2021, regarding the Nations League finals to be held in Italy from 06 to 10/10/2021.
