These are the four games on Matchday 1 of the group stage of the 2021-22 Women's Champions League scheduled on Tuesday 05/10/2021 (the first two at 18:45 CET, the other two at 21:00).

UEFA, the organising body of the tournament, has launched a new format for the Women's Champions League for 2021-22, with the introduction of a group stage composed of 16 teams (four groups of four teams, see composition below), 20 years after the very first edition of the "UEFA Women's Cup" in 2001-02.
