"The entry into force of the FIFA Football Tribunal on 01/10/2021 raises questions about the changes brought to the architecture of football litigation by the appearance of this new body and, at the same time, examines the specificities of the procedure implemented before it," explained Charles Amson, lawyer at the Paris Bar Association and specialist in Sports Law, in an analysis for News Tank Football on 06/10/2021.

"The ongoing reform of the football regulatory framework will reach a new milestone when the FIFA Football Tribunal, whose creation was approved at the 71st FIFA Congress (on 21/05/2021), becomes operational on 05/10/2021," announcedthe international Federation on 01/10/2021.
