CTS Eventim, a German group specialised in ticketing and live entertainment, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Simply-X, a software and hardware developer in the field of access control and ticketing, on 07/10/2021. CTS intends to offer its customers "a one-stop shop for event organisation."
