Ligue 1 Uber Eats: Veolia (collective services), "ecological transformation partner" of RC Lens

Veolia, a French multinational specialised in public services (water, waste, energy), has become a partner of RC Lens (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) for "several seasons" from 2021-22, announced the club on 21/10/2021. The French group thus assumes the title of "ecological transformation partner" of RC Lens.

Under this agreement negotiated by Sportfive, the club's marketing agency, Veolia has the status of "official partner", the second level in RC Lens' sponsorship hierarchy. "Veolia will accompany the club in its ecological transformation over the next few seasons," said RC Lens. Veolia also becomes the main partner of the club's women's team (second division).

"This partnership with Veolia is much more than a simple contract between a club and a partner company. It is a natural connection, a real association of values. By linking up with the benchmark in ecological transformation, RC Lens intends to amplify its CSR action and take advantage of its large audience to anchor environmental messages that are close to our hearts," said Arnaud Pouille, CEO of RC Lens.
