In Spain in 2020, there were 5.239 billion illegal accesses (-7% compared to 2019, -10% versus 2018 and -24% versus 2015) to content worth over €30bn, with a loss for the sector amounting to €2.416bn, according to a GfK institute's study published in October 2021.
