2021-22 Bundesliga: attendance for Matchday 10 (28,146 spectators on average per game)

Matchday 10 of the 2021-22 Bundesliga season drew an average of 28,146 spectators per match, from Friday 29 to Sunday 31/10/2021. The average fill rate was 70.2%.

These figures, which are still relatively low for the German championship, can be explained by the limited capacities imposed by the public authorities in all German regions since the start of the season due to the health crisis relating to the Covid-19 pandemic. However, they have been increasing significantly since Matchday 8, as capacity limits have been raised in German stadiums.

Borussia Dortmund - FC Cologne (2-0), on Saturday 30/10/2021 (kick-off 15:30 CET), was the game that posted the best attendance since the beginning of the season with 66 709 spectators at the Signal Iduna Park (Dortmund, GER), for a fill rate of 82%.

The average attendance of the Bundesliga, which is likely to increase further in the coming weeks, is 20,886 spectators per game after ten matchdays, for an average fill rate of 48.7%.
