Premier League: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts of the 20 clubs (November 2021)

The 20 clubs involved in the 2021-22 Premier League season have more than 606 million fans on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, according to data collected by News Tank Football on 01/11/2021. This total enables the Premier League to maintain its position as the most popular Top 5 European league, all three social networks combined, ahead of LaLiga Santander, with an average of over 30 million fans per club.

Manchester United FC are the most popular English club with over 154 million fans, followed by Chelsea FC, with more than 98 million, and Liverpool FC, with nearly 90 million.

The Mancunian club posted the best increase in absolute value during the month of October 2021 with 2.37 million additional followers, including 67% on Instagram alone (+1.59 million). No other club in the European Top 5 performed better over the period.
