TikTok: number of followers of the 82 European Top 5 clubs with an official account (November 2021)

With 20.8 million followers, Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) remain the most popular European club on the Chinese social network TikTok, ahead of FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander, 11.6 million followers) and Manchester United FC (Premier League, 9.8 million), according to data recorded by News Tank Football on 01/11/2021.

Boosted by the return of Cristiano Ronaldo (POR) at the end of August 2021, Manchester United was the club that posted the best increase in absolute value during the month of October 2021 with an additional 1.8 million followers. Tottenham Hotspur FC (+800,000 folllowers) and Paris Saint-Germain (+700,000) complete the podium.

The best percentage growth (excluding promoted clubs and accounts with less than 100,000 followers) was posted by Newcastle United FC (Premier League, +82.6%), ahead of AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 Uber Eats, +60.8%) and VfL Wolfsburg (Bundesliga, +38.3%).
