Leeds United FC: 49ers Enterprises (NFL) increases its stake in the club to 44%

49ers Enterprises, the investment arm of the San Francisco 49ers (NFL), has increased its stake in Leeds United FC (Premier League) to 44%, announced the English club announced on 05/11/2021.

49ers Enterprises entered into a strategic partnership with Leeds United and acquired a 15% stake in May 2018, before increasing its stake to 37% in January 2021. Aser Ventures, a sports and media investment company owned by Andrea Radrizzani, retains the remaining 56%. The Italian businessman has been the club's majority shareholder since May 2017.
