United States: Nike extends as US Soccer's equipment supplier as part of a 10-year record deal

Nike has extended its role as equipment supplier of the US Soccer national teams from 01/01/2023 as part of a long-term agreement, announced the American Federation on 10/11/2021. The new partnership will run for 10 years, from 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2032, according to US media. The 2026 World Cup will be played in the United States, Canada and Mexico, while the 2028 Olympic Games will be held in Los Angeles (California, USA).

This deal represents "the largest commercial agreement in US Soccer history", of which Volkswagen is the other main partner. This partnership renewal with Nike covers all of the USA's national teams, in particular the senior women's team, two-time defending world champions (4 titles out of the 8 editions contested). The American equipment manufacturer has been a partner of US Soccer since 1995.

According to US Soccer, the renewed partnership will revolve around "four pillars:
