France 2023: Land Rover (car manufacturer, GBR), 5^th major partner of the Rugby World Cup

Land Rover, a British car manufacturer, has become a major partner of the 2023 Rugby World Cup to be held in France (from 08/09 to 28/10/2023), according to the GIP France 2023 on 16/11/2021.

In terms of brand activations, Land Rover will continue to deploy its "mascot" programme during the competition, through which young people accompany the captains of the national teams as they take to the pitch.

"Since becoming a major partner of the Rugby World Cup in 2015 (and 2019), Land Rover has inspired thousands of children around the world through its many activities in the world of amateur rugby and its Rugby World Cup mascot programme, enabling young rugby fans to join team captains on the pitch before each match," said the organising body of the 2023 World Cup in France.

Land Rover joins Société Générale (bank), Mastercard (payment solutions), Asahi (beer, JPN) and Capgemini (IT services) as a major partner (first level) of the competition.
