France 2023: Louis Vuitton unveils the official trophy travel case for the Rugby World Cup

"On Saturday 20/11/2021, during the test match between France and New Zealand at the iconic Stade de France in Saint Denis (Paris, FRA), Louis Vuitton will unveil the official trophy travel case for Rugby World Cup France 2023," said GIP France on 19/11/2021.

The "entirely custom-made" trophy case that will protect and carry the Webb Ellis Cup (the Rugby World Cup trophy) will be presented by Léa Seydoux, French actor and ambassador of the luxury brand, and Jerome Kaino, New Zealand rugby legend and two-time World Champion, on the sidelines of the event, which features the two teams that will play the opening match of the Rugby World Cup 2023 at the Stade de France on 08/09/2023.

"The official trophy travel case is another landmark in Louis Vuitton's long history of creating bespoke travel cases for the world's most iconic trophies, including the FIFA World Cup, NBA Larry O'Brien Trophy, League of Legends (Summoner's Cup), Formula 1's Grand Prix de Monaco, Davis Cup, Roland-Garros (the Musketeers Cup and the Suzanne-Lenglen Cup), and the America's Cup," added the GIP.
