Valencia CF: partnership with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Sports to develop training

Valencia CF (LaLiga Santander) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Saudi Scholarship for Developing Football Talent (SSDFT), a training programme developed by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Sports, announced the club on 18/11/2021. This collaborative agreement makes the Spanish club's academy the "methodology partner" of the SSDFT.

"With this agreement, coaches from the Valencia CF Academy will participate in on-site clinics and online training sessions with players and coaches from Saudi Arabia, as well as running symposiums between those responsible for the different areas (fitness, goalkeeping training, nutrition, scouting, etc.). Trips to the Ciudad Deportiva (Paterna, ESP) will be run, to enjoy high performance training sessions and to play friendlies against VCF Academy teams," explained the Spanish club.
