Paris FC: Anglo-Sri Lankan Allirajah Subaskaran acquires 10% of the capital, via BRI Sports Holdings

"Paris FC (Ligue 2 BKT) is welcoming a new investor in its capital, Anglo-Sri Lankan entrepreneur Allirajah Subaskaran under the umbrella of BRI Sports Holdings," announced the French club on 22/11/2021.

"BRI Sports Holdings, which is wholly owned by Allirajah Subaskaran, founder and chairman of all Lyca Group companies (telecoms, entertainment, travel, healthcare, etc.) in the UK, becomes the second foreign investor in Paris FC, after the Kingdom of Bahrain joined the club's capital in June 2020 (with a 20% stake). The company has also joined the board of directors of Paris FC," said the Parisian club, whose majority shareholder remains its president Pierre Ferracci.

"This new investor was welcomed through a capital increase to strengthen the club's equity, allowing BRI Sports Holdings to hold 10% of the company.
