Netherlands: Parkmobile (pay by phone parking), official supplier of the Eredivisie through 2016-17

Parkmobile, which specialises in providing digital parking solutions for drivers, has become the official supplier of the Eredivisie (Dutch first division) through 2016-17, announced the Dutch league on 07/08/2014.

Parkmobile enables fans to pay for a parking space directly via a smartphone application. The company aims to develop this service in the 18 Eredivisie stadiums. A parking of the Philips Stadion of Eindhoven (capacity 35,000) already uses Parkmobile's digital payment service during PSV Eindhoven home games.

The company will also gain screen time during TV broadcasts, as fans will have the chance to vote for the "Parkmobile Moment of the Week" on TV channel Fox Sports Eredivisie.
