TikTok: number of followers of the 82 European Top 5 clubs with an official account (December 2021)

With 21.3 million followers, Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) remain the most popular European club on the Chinese social network TikTok, ahead of FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander, 12.2 million) and both Manchester United FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC (Premier League, 10.7 million fans each), according to data recorded by News Tank Football on 01/12/2021.

These two English clubs posted the best increases in absolute value during the month of November 2021, with an additional 1.5 million fans for Tottenham and 900,000 for Manchester United. AS Monaco FC (Ligue 1 Uber Eats, +791,000 fans) complete the podium.

The best percentage growth (excluding accounts with less than 100,000 followers) was posted by AS Monaco (+111.8%), ahead of AS Roma (Serie A TIM, +39.7%) and Brighton & Hove Albion FC (Premier League, +25.9%).

82 of the 98 clubs in the European Top 5 2021-22 (83.7%) have an official account on TikTok:
