Serie A TIM: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts of the 20 clubs (December 2021)

The 20 clubs competing in the 2021-22 Serie A TIM season total more than 231 million fans on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, according to data compiled by News Tank Football on 01/12/2021. The Serie A TIM is the third most followed European Top 5 league on these three social networks combined, behind the Premier League (611 million fans) and LaLiga Santander (564 million), with an average of 11.5 million fans per club.

With more than 105 million fans across the three social networks, Juventus FC is the most popular Italian club ahead of AC Milan (44 million) and the 2020-21 Italian champions, FC Inter Milan (38 million).

AC Milan posted the best growth in absolute value during the month of November 2021 with a total of 257,209 additional followers, of which more than 74% were on Instagram alone.

Genoa CFC posted the best percentage growth among the Serie A TIM clubs on Instagram (+7.2%), as did US Sassuolo Calcio on Facebook (+4.8%) and promoted side Venezia FC on Twitter (+3.8%).
