2021-22 Champions League: Atlético-Man Utd, PSG-Real Madrid & Inter-Liverpool in the Round of 16

Club Atlético de Madrid (LaLiga Santander) will face Manchester United FC (Premier League) in the Round of 16 of the 2020-21 Champions League, following the draw, which was redone at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon (SUI), at 15:00 CET on Monday 13/12/2021. The first leg will take place at the Wanda Metropolitano (Madrid, ESP) and the return leg at Old Trafford (Manchester, ENG).

"Following a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16," said UEFA, via Twitter at 13:43 CET on 13/12/2021. As a result of the issue, the draw was declared void and was redone.

Reigning champions, Chelsea FC (Premier League) will face LOSC Lille (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), while among the other Round of 16 fixtures (see full draw below), Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) will play Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) and FC Inter Milan (Serie A TIM) will face Liverpool FC (Premier League).
