Matchday 16 of the 2021-22 Premier League season drew an average of 35,986 spectators per game, from Friday 10 to Sunday 12/12/2021. The average fill rate was 97%.

Arsenal FC - Southampton FC (3-0), on Saturday 11/12/2021 (kick-off at 15:00 local time, 16:00 CET), was the game that posted the best attendance of the matchday with 59,653 spectators at the Emirates Stadium (60,260 capacity), for a fill rate of 99%. Two other matches drew more than 50,000 spectators. Brighton & Hove Albion FC - Tottenham Hotspur FC was postponed due to too many players of the London club's players testing positive for Covid-19.
