"The city of Toulouse, represented by Laurence Arribagé, the deputy mayor in charge of sports, responded favourably to the Luzenac club and will make the Stadium Municipal [capacity 22,000] available during renovation work at Ernest-Wallon Stadium [capacity 19,500]. A memorandum of agreement between the Luzenac club and the city of Toulouse will be signed by the end of the week," announced Toulouse city hall on 12/08/2014.

At the behest of Jean-Luc Moudenc, the mayor of Toulouse, a tripartite meeting was held on 12/08/2014 between the city of Toulouse, the Luzenac club, and the Amis du Stade Toulousain, the organisation that owns Ernest-Wallon Stadium (home of the French rugby team).

The Amis du Stade Toulousain is maintaining the terms of its letter of intent of 30/05/2014 and conditions for making the stadium available, namely: that the Luzenac club pays for the work necessary to be up to code (in terms of CCTV and lighting) and that it finds alternative pitches for the 17 amateur teams of Stade Toulousain (U17, U19, U21).
