Ligue 1 Uber Eats: Puma extends as equipment supplier of Olympique de Marseille until 2027-28

Puma France has extended as the official equipment supplier of Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) for a further five seasons (2023-2028), announced the club and the German brand on 17/12/2021.

The initial contract began in 2018-19 and runs until the end of the 2022-23 season for an estimated €14-15m per year. Although the value of the new partnership has not been communicated, according to Nathalie Nénom-Zimmermann, OM's deputy director, who spoke to the French daily newspaper Les Echos, it will be more lucrative than the current deal.

Puma succeeded adidas as Marseille's equipment supplier on an uninterrupted basis between 1996-97 and 2017-18 (€10m/season for the last rights cycle). Two other Ligue 1 clubs (Stade Rennais FC and RC Lens) are partnered with Puma in 2021-22.
