• The socios (members) of FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander) have been called to vote online regarding the revalued Espai Barça project (€1.5bn, +150%), on Sunday 19/12/2021.
• Liverpool FC (Premier League), in partnership with AXA (insurance), will play a "legends' match" versus FC Barcelona at Anfield on 26/03/2022, with proceeds going to both clubs' foundations.
• Manchester United FC (Premier League) and its Foundation are to donate £100,000 (€117,280) to fund the distribution of 400,000 meals to disadvantaged families in the Manchester (ENG) area.
• Tunisia - Algeria, will be the final of the FIFA Arab Cup, this Saturday 18/12/2021, one year to the day, before the final of the XXII World Cup to be held in Qatar.
• The pay-TV group Digi Sport has acquired the rights to broadcast the Premier League, in Romania, for the 2022-2025 cycle. Digi Sport holds the Romanian rights to the five European Top 5 leagues in Romania, as of 16/12/2021.
