"The incidents during the Paris FC - Olympique Lyonnais match on Friday evening (17/12/2021) at the Stade Charléty (Paris, FRA) are intolerable. The right decision was to stop this match as quickly as possible. The referee of the match reacted perfectly in a difficult situation. Violent incidents in the stands of the Stade Charléty, near the area reserved for OL supporters, during half-time (1-1) during the Round of 64 of the Coupe de France between Paris FC (Ligue 2 BKT) and Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), followed by the intervention of two groups of CRS (general reserve of the French National Police) and the invasion of the pitch prevented the resumption of the match, which was definitively stopped by referee Jérémy Stinat.
