Spain: LaLiga becomes the first football league to launch an official store on Amazon (e-commerce)

LaLiga has become the "first football league in the world" to launch a store on the US e-commerce platform Amazon, announced the Spanish League on 29/12/2021. "The store will offer over 1,600 products available from the participating LaLiga Santander clubs (see below). During the initial roll-out, the LaLiga store on Amazon will first be available in the UK, Italy, France and Germany stores with plans to expand to other areas throughout 2022," said LaLiga.

As part of the agreement, from 29/12/2021, "LaLiga fans will be able to purchase merchandise and products from 13 LaLiga Santander clubs (Getafe CF, Cádiz CF, Granada CF, Athletic Club Bilbao, Levante Union Deportiva, Villarreal CF, Real Sociedad, Deportivo Alavés, RCD Espanyol, RCD Mallorca, RC Celta, Real Betis Balompié and Club Atletico Osasuna) through Amazon.
