"Best wishes for 2022!" (News Tank)

News Tank wishes each and every one of its subscribers and readers a very happy new year 2022!

"May the news of the next 12 months finally be rid of the words 'coronavirus', 'Covid-19', 'cancellation', 'closure', 'postponement' or 'capacity' which polluted so much of the past months' news," such were our wishes just one year ago.

Sadly, we now know that not only was this not the case, but that 2022 will still have to deal with a pandemic that has already caused so many deaths and so much grief, but has also seriously disrupted the entire ecosystem of sport.

It is therefore more fitting than ever to add "good health" to these wishes, at the dawn of a year 2022 during which the two sporting highlights will be the Beijing Winter Olympics (from 04 to 20/02/2022) and the FIFA World Cup in Qatar (from 21/11 to 18/12/2022).
