Tennis: Artengo (Decathlon) succeeds Asics and Wilson as equipment supplier of Gaël Monfils (FRA)

Artengo, the racket sports equipment brand of the Decathlon group, has become a partner of French tennis player Gaël Monfils (35) for five years (2022-2026), announced the French group on 03/01/2022.

From 2022 onwards, Artengo will supply Gaël Monfils with his rackets, footwear and match and training gear. The French brand succeeds the equipment manufacturers Asics (JPN) and Wilson (USA), which have been supplying the player with kit (since 2013) and rackets respectively.

"If there is no daring, there are no athletes. I love tennis. I love the game, I love the sport. I think it keeps the flame alive. It's clear that working with motivated people who are passionate about their sport is a great pleasure. It's a new adventure, a new page to work with Artengo. For me, it's more than a partnership, it's really living it to the full. That's what's most important," explained the French player who has 2.1 million followers on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Twitch) as of 03/01/2022.
