LaLiga Santander: €1.32bn in TV rights collected by clubs in 2020-21, including €151.5m for Barça

LaLiga Santander clubs received €1.32bn in net revenue for LaLiga's audiovisual rights for the 2020-21 season, according to data published by the Spanish League in December 2021.

The gross amount was €1.444bn from which 8.5% of solidarity payments (compensation fund for relegated clubs, payments to LaLiga and the RFEF, development of women's football...) are deducted.

With €151.5m, FC Barcelona was the club that received the highest net amount, ahead of Real Madrid CF (€149.1m) and Club Atlético de Madrid (€119m), who were crowned champions in 2020-21. SD Huesca was the club that received the lowest amount (€42.8m). The latter being 3.53 times less than that received by Barça.
