Ligue 1: Universal Music, official supplier of Olympique de Marseille in 2014-15

The record label Universal Music, owned by the Vivendi group, has become the official supplier of Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1) in 2014-15, the club announced on 12/08/2014.

The partnership also comprises a joint communication with the creation of digital actions before home games. One Universal Music artist will be the patron of each Ligue 1 game played in the Stade Vélodrome (capacity 67,000): his music videos will be previewed on the stadium's big screens, a playlist of the artist's songs will be broadcast and the spectators will take part in a lottery to win different packages (meeting the artist, VIP package with a trip, hospitality and concert seats).

Each event will be teased by the club and Universal Music. The artist's photograph will be unveiled depending on the number of interactions (likes, comments and shares) on OM's Facebook app. Lady Gaga was the patron of the first home fixture of the season against Montpellier (0-2), on 17/08/2014. The name of the winners of the lottery were displayed on the stadium's big screens at half-time.
