Formula 1: Kappa and K-Way (ITA), official partners of Alpine F1 Team for 3 seasons (2022-2024)

Kappa and K-Way, brands of the Italian clothing retail group BasicNet, have become official partners of the Alpine F1 Team (Formula 1) for three seasons (2022-2024), announced the parent company of the two brands on 14/01/2022.

Kappa and K-Way will be official partners, the second level in the team's sponsorship hierarchy. "Kappa will equip the drivers off-track, as well as all the technical and operational teams, for the duration of the contract. This contract also covers Alpine Esport Team and the Alpine Academy. The K-Way brand becomes the official lifestyle partner and will provide all travel wear to the team," said Alpine.

Kappa succeeds the French brand Le Coq Sportif, the official equipment supplier of Alpine for the last four seasons (2018-2021). The Italian equipment manufacturer "will develop several technical textile collections for the team kit; fanwear products, a footwear range, as well as accessories under an Alpine F1 Team license," continued the team.
