Qatar 2022: first ticketing phase opens with tickets priced from €60

The Supreme Committee in charge of organising the 2022 World Cup in Qatar has officially launched the first ticketing phase, 302 days before the opening match of the competition (21/11/2022), announced the organisers on Wednesday 19/01/2022.

Fans from all over the world can apply for tickets from Wednesday 19/01/2022 (11:00 CET, 13:00 in Qatar) until 08/02/2022 (the same time) on the FIFA website (see below) to attend one or more of the 64 matches scheduled in Qatar between 21/11 and 18/12/2022, according to FIFA, which did not give any information about the possible capacity limits set according to the health situation related to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The cheapest individual tickets (group stage, category 3) are €60 (versus €90 for the 2018 World Cup in Russia). Tickets at less than €10 are reserved for people living in Qatar (see below). For the final, prices for foreign spectators range from €520 to €1,400.
