Premier League: William Hill to become official betting operator of Crystal Palace in 2014-15

The British company William Hill has become the official betting operator of Crystal Palace (Premier League), the club announced on 20/08/2014.

The operator, which is headquartered in Gibraltar and owns 2,430 licensed betting offices in the UK, will be displayed on LED advertising during the fixtures played at Selhurst Park (capacity 26,000) and will use the club's image for its digital campaigns.

Crystal Palace made a turnover of £14.5m (approximately €17.5m) and a profit before tax of £1.6m (approximately €2m) in the 2013 fiscal year (from 01/07/2012 to 30/06/2013), when the club played in the Championship (second English division). It was promoted to the Premier League at the end of the 2012-13 season.
