Southeast Asia: Eleven acquires rights including the Copa del Rey, Table Tennis, Badminton & Cricket

The British audiovisual group Eleven has acquired the rights to the Copa del Rey (ESP), the T1 Table Tennis League (JPN), the SPL Sepak Takraw League (MAS) and a range of international cricket for Southeast Asia, announced Eleven on 19/01/2022. "Table tennis, badminton and cricket will be served up to fans in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines and Brunei Darussalam," said the group.

As part of the agreement, "live coverage of this season's Copa del Rey (from 20/01/2022) and Sepak Takraw League will also be available on Eleven across the region with the exception of Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam," continued the group.

This new deal follows Eleven's acquisition of Asian Football Confederation rights in 2021. "A big month of AFC action gets underway on Thursday with the kick-off of the AFC Asian Women's Cup.
