LaLiga Santander: Valencia CF forms a strategic partnership with FC Saburtalo (Georgian D1)

Valencia CF (LaLiga Santander) has entered into a strategic partnership with FC Saburtalo (Georgian first division) in order to "develop all the necessary structures so that the academy becomes as professional as possible," announced the Spanish club on 20/01/2022.

The agreement "will also provide Georgian players with the best resources for their football and personal development, capturing talent from all over the country and promoting the presence of footballers trained at the club's own youth academy - under the influence of the methodology of the VCF Academy - in the first team of FC Saburtalo," said the club.

"With this agreement, Valencia CF continues its international expansion and its commitment to spreading the working methodology of the VCF Academy, as well as its educational project, strengthening ties between peoples and cultures through football and the values of sport," which also recently signed an agreement with the Saudi Scholarship for Developing Football Talent (SSDFT), a training programme developed by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Sport (see below).
