Rugby/Six Nations 2022: Bitpanda (trading, crypto), Italy's main jersey sponsor

Bitpanda, an Austrian digital investment and trading platform, has become a partner of the Federazione Italiana Rugby and will be the main jersey sponsor of the senior and U20 national teams during the 2022 Guinness Six Nations tournament (played from 05/02 to 19/03/2022), according to an announcement made by both parties on 20/01/2022. This agreement, negotiated by the French-Italian agency Pure Moment, runs solely for the 2022 6 Nations.

"This sponsorship provides Bitpanda with a formidable platform to reach not only the Italian audience, but also a wider target of millions of rugby fans around the world," explained the Vienna-based brand that was founded in 2014. Bitpanda was also a global partner of the Davis Cup (tennis) in 2021. 

The trading platform succeeds Japanese car manufacturer Suzuki, which displayed its logo on the Italian national team's kit for the Autumn Nations Series 2021 (30/10 to 27/11/2021).
