Merchandising: FC Bayern Munich, the European club that sold the most shirts (3.25 million) in 2020

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) was the European football club that sold the most shirts - amounting to 3.25 million - between January 2020 and January 2021, according to a study by the Argentine agency Euromericas Sport Marketing published on 26/01/2022.

The 2020-21 German champions were ahead of Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander), in second place with 3.05 million shirts sold, and Liverpool FC (Premier League), with 2.45 million. The only Ligue 1 Uber Eats club in the Top 10 (see full ranking below), Paris Saint-Germain, was 9^th (1.18 million), while the Serie A TIM also had only one representative: Juventus FC, in fifth place (1.42 million).

In addition to Liverpool, three Premier League clubs were in the Top 10: Manchester United FC (4^th, 1.95 million shirts sold), Chelsea FC (7^th, 1.31 million) and Manchester City FC (10^th, 1.08 million).
