France / Basketball: Aleksej Fedoricsev (RUS) becomes a majority shareholder of AS Monaco Basket

"A majority partner for three seasons (via the Russian company Fedcom), Aleksej Fedoricsev becomes the majority shareholder and chairman of AS Monaco Basket (Betclic Elite)," announced the club on 27/01/2022. The Russian succeeds Ukrainian Sergey Dyadechko, owner of AS Monaco Basket since 2012 and chairman since 2015. Dyadechko will stay at the club and will now serve as vice-chairman, in charge of sporting operations.

"With a firm and friendly handshake, the current chairman and his successor sealed the agreement that ratifies the acquisition by Aleksej Fedoricsev of 46.4% of the shares of AS Monaco Basketball S.A.M., making one of the world's leading grain companies (Fedcom Group) its majority shareholder," said the Monegasque club.
