Formula 1: Hilton (hotels) extends as partner of the McLaren Racing team from 2022

Hilton, an American hotel group, has extended its partnership with McLaren Racing (Formula 1) for "several years" from the 2022 season, announced the British team on 01/02/2022. The agreement between the two organisations, initiated in 2005, had been extended for two seasons (2019-2021) in May 2017.

"The relationship enables Hilton to provide unique experiences for its Hilton Honors members, and offers the McLaren F1 team a home away from home in its hotels at race locations around the world," said the team. As part of the partnership, Hilton continues to display its logo on McLaren's cars.

The British team and the American group will also continue to offer "unique content" as part of their activation programme. In October 2021, the two organisations activated their partnership via the "Ride to School With Lando" operation, which offered the child of a Hilton Honors customer the opportunity to be driven to school by British driver Lando Norris (see below).
