Serie A: all matches to be broadcast on YouTube in the MENA zone until the end of the 2021-22 season

The Lega Serie A is broadcasting all Serie A TIM matches in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) on its YouTube channel from 05/02/2022 (Matchday 24) until the end of the 2021-22 season. The Italian League has been broadcasting half of the matches in this region (5 out of 10 per matchday) since the beginning of the 2021-22 season.

One game per matchday is now also the subject of a specific feature with a dedicated pre-match and post-match programme. The first match to be covered was the FC Inter Milan - AC Milan derby (1-2) on Saturday 05/02/2022.

Bids for the broadcasting rights to the Serie A TIM in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) had once again been deemed "insufficient" by the Lega Serie A, following a general assembly on 13/01/2022.

Lega Serie A had initially launched a call for tenders for the audiovisual rights to the Italian championship in the MENA region for the 2021-2024 cycle on 15/01/2021, in which beIN Media Group had not participated.
